Dear valued community member,

We are reaching out to you on behalf of Sloan Canyon Robotics at Pinecrest Academy Sloan Canyon. Our high school and middle school robotics teams have worked extremely hard throughout the year to improve our skills in robotics and engineering. As a result of our hard work, we have 3 teams that have qualified to compete in the 2024 World Robotics Championship in Dallas, TX this April where we will represent our city and the State of Nevada. We are currently looking for sponsorships to assist us with this trip.

Competing in the VEX World Championship grants us the opportunity to collaborate with others from across the U.S. and over 17 other countries, as well as put us in direct contact with professionals who are mentors in our field of passion. At this time, our team is asking community partners for sponsorships so we can take part in this unique opportunity.

We hope that your organization will consider one of the levels of sponsorship detailed on reverse side of this letter so that we can secure this experience. Pinecrest Academy of Nevada is a non-profit public charity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, making your donation fully tax-deductible under IRC Section 170. Our Employer Identification Number will be provided to the sponsor, along with a receipt, upon request.

We would be proud to add your logo to the banners and competition shirts at the World Championship.
